At WildBird, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email for easy printing at home.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the return label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our team inspects the arrival.
